Maihan Steel is one of the leading companies of Afghanistan in the Iron and Steel sector. Founded in 2018 and officially inaugurated by His Excellency President Dr. Mohammad Ashraf Ghani on March, 28 of 2019. with the purpose of a positive step toward economic growth, decreasing import of steel products, creating job opportunities and export of high-quality steel products abroad, and maintain a good result of the trading exchange. The main idea and logical strategy arose almost 35 years ago when the art of steel production came to Afghanistan, the founders of Maihan Steel were actively involved in steel-related works such as production, installation, creation, and montage in the steel market of Afghanistan.
